One data set. Every EPR scheme.
Enter your packaging data once. Merchant Packaging generates scheme-specific declarations for the UK, France, Germany, Italy and EU PPWR - in the right format, with the right material categories, every time.
The problem
Every EU member state has its own EPR scheme, its own material categories, its own reporting format, and its own portal. Germany wants XML with VerpackG material codes. France wants CSV with component-level breakdowns and eco-modulation data. The UK wants CSV uploaded to RPD. Belgium, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands - each different again.
Managing this across spreadsheets means duplicated effort, inconsistent data, and a constant risk of misreporting. One wrong material mapping and your fees are wrong.
Supported schemes
- Germany - LUCID / Zentrale Stelle (XML, VerpackG material codes)
- France - CITEO household and C&I (CSV, component-level with eco-modulation)
- UK - RPD / Environment Agency (CSV)
- UK - Plastic Packaging Tax exposure report
- UK - Supplier Data Hub export
- Italy - CONAI declaration (modulo 6.2), in Italian
- EU-wide - PPWR Declaration of Conformity
How it works
Capture your packaging data once at SKU and component level
The system maps materials to each scheme's specific categories - you don't need to know that German code 07 means Sonstige Verbundverpackungen or that CITEO splits aluminium from steel
Generate exports in the format each supported scheme requires - XML for LUCID, CSV for CITEO, CSV for RPD - and export the component data as CSV or Excel for any other scheme
Review and submit through each scheme's portal
Cross-export consistency
Because every export draws from the same underlying data, your declarations are consistent across jurisdictions. A component recorded as aluminium stays aluminium whether you are exporting to LUCID, CITEO or the RPD. No reconciliation, no drift.
