What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. They help us remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and deliver relevant communications.

Types of cookies we use

• Essential: Required for core site functionality such as signing in and keeping you signed in. These are always active and do not require consent.
• Analytics: Help us measure traffic and improve the marketing site. These are only set if you accept them, and you can withdraw that at any time below.

We do not use advertising, retargeting or profiling cookies, and we do not share analytics data with advertising networks.

Third-party services

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect information about how visitors use our website. This includes pages visited, time spent on pages, and the path taken through the site. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and we disable Google Signals, advertising storage and ad personalisation, so this data is not used to build advertising profiles.

If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded and none of the cookies below are set. We also honour browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals, in which case you will not be asked at all.

Analytics is only used on our public marketing pages. Pages inside the application, once you have signed in, are not tracked.

Analytics cookies we set, only after you accept:

• _ga: Distinguishes one visitor from another (expires after 2 years)
• _ga_M4EPGVMQ5Q: Maintains the analytics session state for our Google Analytics 4 property (expires after 2 years)

Who receives this data, and where

Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited, with onward transfer to Google LLC in the United States) acting as our processor under Google's data processing terms. Google relies on the European Commission and UK adequacy decisions and, where those do not apply, on standard contractual clauses. We do not share analytics data with any other third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Analytics event records are retained by Google for 2 months from collection and then deleted automatically. Your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser, not on our servers, and is removed if you clear your browser storage.

Your choice, and how to change it

Analytics cookies are set only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the control below. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting and has no effect on how the site works.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Managing preferences

You can accept or decline analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, or change your choice at any time using the control above. Clearing your browser storage will also reset your preference and prompt the banner again.
